Is love a feeling or a choice?

Love is a choice. To sustain a feeling for a length of time is impossible as they are most of the time fleeting. But, it is still possible to experience those feelings for a person 20 years after the choice is mad.

The English word for love can be used to mean both, but love the feeling is more akin to infatuation & attraction, but love the action has not other names aside from love itself.

The best love is chosen, deliberate love.

If it was a choice I would have never chosen it. Crushes suck. All I wanted to do was be friends and all the sudden my brain has other ideas.

For some like me? A choice. For others? Something they can't help.

Love is a feeling.
To act on it is a choice.
