Everything in your dreams is a projection of your own psyche. That said, her looking sad would imply that she has some attachment still to you so probably also something of an inner desire of yours that she still cares about you.

hugosfbay probably nothing at all you may have had them in your sub conscience and dreamed about them I would not read to much into it if I was you besides if it is an ex I would not really care that much if I was you as that is water under the bridge
