When you are ready to put someone else's needs and wants before yours and you are financially able to feed and house another human being.

18+, once you become an adult and have a stable life I think its fine.

It varies. My grandmother gave birth to my mother at 17. Janet Jackson just became a mother at age 50, believe it or not. The best age to become a parent is probably in the 20's and 30's.

When you had all your fun and around that age when you think you look too old to go clubbing - about 29.
