Is it weird that I feel nervous whenever I talk to guys?

Whenever I talk to a guy in real life i tense up and get nervous and don't know what to say. Its even worse if I think the guy is hot. Its hard for me to talk to guys and I feel weird because I'm in college and I go to an all girls school so i don't see guys very often and i get self conscious whenever a guy talks to me when I'm outside. Am i the only one who this happens too? Do i get scared for no reason? They tell us in school the stereotype that all men are rapists
