What is the difference between a regular milkshake and a malted milkshake?

The difference is how many boys it brings to the yard.

Malted beverages have a distinctive flavor of "Malt". Personally I'm not a fan but you may like it. It's very commonly mixed with chocolate (which I think should be a crime).

Milkshakes are made just with milk and ice cream, while malts are made with malted milk, which contains barley.

A distinct difference in my opinion, malt is not for everyone, I found it an acquired taste.

I prefer the malt but it's an individual choice.
