Are you able to say this to those around you?

When you [u][b]say/do[/b][/u]... it comes across incredibly hurtful to me...

No. I'm scared to a lot of the time, I've been in a few relationships when it wouldn't have gone well for me if I'd said anything like that. Also my dad was horrible to me when I was a kid which doesn't help.

@Starsandfire I'm sorry that happened to you. This is something I struggle with a lot. I would love to be able to say this as I know it would resolve a lot but yea I'm bit confident it will get the desired results
