Physical age irrelevant as long as its not too weirdly out. I think.
Mental and emotional age I prefer similar to mine.. Or I won't connect.

I don't think age has to be all that important as long you have good communication with each other and respect each other. Oh and both parties are of legal age. If you are to far apart in age you may find an communication gap tho.
