Can't deal with the jealousy

I split from my wife in April 2018 after a long marriage. I was devastated as I loved her but when I met my new partner just a few months on, I realised what true love actually was.
She is a widow and her husband died 18 months almost to the day that we met. We have been so happy but I can't help but feel really jealous and insecure everytime their wedding anniversary, his death or his birthday is celebrated. It's always plastered all over Facebook and my girlfriend hearts all the photos which I know is only natural but I can't help but feel crap. She says we are soul mates and that she will love me forever but she also said he was her soul mate. Has she been lucky enough to meet 2 soul mates in such a short space of time? Also, is it unreasonable to expect some sensitivity for me in this scenario?

When someone you love dies, you dont stop loving them. Her love for him doesnt mean that you are any less to her. its not reasonable for you to expect her to magically stop loving him. The more you support her appreciating who he was to her, the more she will also appreciate you. Dont try to squelch that or she will feel less secure with you.
If you ever had children you.know that having a second child doesn't cause you to love the first one any less. You just love more.
