How old were you before you attracted someone you also found attractive?

I had the hots for a guy who lived around the corner from me when i was 15. If me and my friend saw him in the street id go week at the knees and she would tease me dreadfully. He was a few years older than us. Hed smile and lower his head. If i was on my own....i wouldnt dare look over.....i was too shy.
At 17, another friend and i were chatting and she told me she was going out that evening with her friend Mike. She told me where he lived and asked me if i knew him. It was him. Oh god......this was my chance to meet him. I asked lots of questions...first being if it was a date and she said no...then twigged i liked him and asked me along.
Tracey and i met Mike that evening. She left us to it within half hour....she knew she was a spare part! Lol....he said hed fancied me for years....but was worried by my age. Lol.
We were together for 5 years after that.
