If the age gap is just a few years then its not bad but it might still be illegal if the boy is under 18.
Also it is pretty common for younger women to date older men because since in traditional relationships the man is the " protector, provider, leader" thats why women don't tend to go for younger men because they dont have anything including experience but plenty have done it before.
I never met a teen boy that was ready to have a long term relationship. She might want to think of what she wants in a partner. Even if hes cute and nice he might not be truly ready for a partner that is an adult.
