How to make my girl feel safe?

She struggles with mental illness and the therapist told me I need to make her feel safe. Which I pretty sure I do. There has to be more to it

If she's insecure it'll be internal and it's a battle she's going to have to fight, with support perhaps, but nothing external will be able to make-up for it; at least that's what experience seems to suggest to me.

Oh hon - be careful.

Mental health in internal thing... Honestly - when the bad times hit - there's usually nothing anyone on the outside can do!

It's good you want to help - but never assume that you can!
