@SweetMae I love making up stories

I used to have to read those to myself. I didn't actually have anyone that read to me...but I was taught to read at a very young age, and I loved Grimm's fairy tales, and my brother's books were handed down to me, too...

@4meAndyou Those were some good stories...

The Shadow over Innsmouth. Long, but that dread puts me to sleep like a comfy baby.

I used to stay up really late as a kid reading Enid Blyton stories. Usually Famous Five or Secret Seven.

Growing up my dad read to us Guess how much I love you. Then after a storm destroyed our home and business, my dad sent myself two siblings and his wife to NY for a few months while he tried to salvage what he could. He mailed us a recording of him reading our favorite book and we used to sob listening to it at first. But it was really special to be able to have him read to us from so far away.

@Mrsbetweenfatandfit That is awesome! That's something to keep!
