I learnt to depend on myself more, not to beg for attention as it’s not beneficial for my growth, to accept things as they are, that saying “no” to someone/something is actually a “yes” to me & the main thing I learnt was feelings & emotions are temporary like everything in life, there IS a light at the end of the tunnel so to speak. @SW-User
