I don’t trust myself to make dating arrangements anymore?
I decided I’m not choosing any places to go for dates and she can do all the planning because I was selfish in the beginning.

You're much too hard on yourself. Being self-critical is not healthy either. There's no reason why you both can't decide together. It would be imbalanced if one did all the choosing all the time and probably boring after awhile, for your date. That may backfire on you, as well. She could take it that you're not that interested in investing time to make things special, or that you're bored with her...even if she doesn't say it...she may think it.
