How much does hair affect your level of physical attraction to someone?

Scientifically, hair does seem to be a major part of attraction. We're all different though.

An unflattering hairstyle can certainly detract from one's appeal...so I'd say it's significant.

I find it extremely sexy when a guy has hairy forearms, 20 points extra if they cornrow their body hair

For me, it depends on the person. Some ppl suit their hairstyle and some don’t and it does affect their attractiveness. I’m not attracted to shaggy hair, just looks yechhh and unkempt to me - and makes me think what else they don’t groom or take care of - like their teeth?!? 😖

I hear ya about the dreadlocks. Some men and women can pull off the style and almost look like royalty. Others....eee gads! Hair is not a deal breaker for me but I find a neatly trimmed beard or mustache on a handsome guy kinda smokin'!

for me its a big turn on/turn off. i dont have a specific type i am attracted to, but when a girl has great hair (whatever that type is), it is totally a turn on.

It think it varies per individual. However, I dont think dreadlocks are ever sexy. I'm more of a clean cut kinda girl. And if the guy is attractive and has hairy forearms and hands that's just a bonus.😍

It's up to you what you like, but visual attraction is usually the first sight. After you spend time with them, then hair isnt nearly as important.
