What's your definition of marrying well?

Marrying someone who loves me for who I am, not who he wants me to be, and who knows who he is and what he wants, and takes responsibility for his choices. And, most importantly, someone I can truly bond with, someone I can just be myself with, who I really feel safe with, who I can see myself walking with throughout the rest of my life's journey - and who feels the same way about me.

NOT a free card into high society, money, politics etc. but rather, a relationship that is built on mutual trust, respect for differences, and both having a damn good sense of humor.
