I'm not social in general. So what's wrong with that?

You can't always be "on" and sociable. We all have off days. It's normal. Accept that and you won't stress over it. If someone says something to you, say you're "having one of those days" and leave it at that. Don't feel compelled to respond any further.

Work is not a place to be social, just being professional is enough.

Some people are like that. Socializing drains them. Others get energized off it.
