My bf doesnt wanna sleep on the bed w me?

We have been dating close to 4 years now and never went on dates or spend time alone like normal couples... Which frustrates me. Tonight he decided to sleep on the floor... I asked him why? He said cause he's charging his phone n its closer to the electrical outlet. I told him he can use the extension cord. He came on the bed for a few.mins n then went.back on the floor.

You need to tell him how that makes you feel and then ask him why he's so distant

@SailorMarz yes communication will help
destinyfabulous · 36-40, F
@JammieDodgerHeart asshole doesn't wanna talk.. It's pissing me off but I don't show it
JammieDodgerHeart · 26-30, F
@destinyfabulous that sounds bad, if you can't talk then may be the relationship isn't working :(

This does not sound normal. I think maybe the relationship is coming to close.

I notice that kind behavior in relationships in the tail end. There is a actual reason he doesn't want to be close to you.

It's not cool. He should be an adult and have a conversation.
destinyfabulous · 36-40, F
@Tarxarin very true... At this point letting go isn't hard... I just want a conversation w him.
Tarxarin · 26-30, M
@destinyfabulous I'd be forward with him and ask if he wants to end it.

Maybe he is married and he doesn't wanna cheat on his wife. Ask him are you married?
Tarxarin · 26-30, M
@tallpowerhouseblonde If a woman did that to me I don't know we would be dating for long. But then again, I wouldn't ever out her in a position where she has to claw her ownership into me like that.

It's crazy Savage of you though.

Usually married people avoid cheating on their partners. When someone behaves like this it is likely that other person is married and he/she doesn't want to cheat on their partners @Tarxarin

eh, give him some space and see how it goes. if it becomes a habit, or you still feel frustrated after some time, kick him to the curb. you'll be fine either way.
Tarxarin · 26-30, M
@pentacorn This is probably one of the most reasonable and kindest replies to this post.

It doesn't seem like a good sign that the relationship is strong. Have you noticed any other things he does that seem distant?
tallpowerhouseblonde · 31-35, F
I dont understand that.He should be in your bed snuggled up next to you.
destinyfabulous · 36-40, F
@tallpowerhouseblonde yup... I'm lost as to his behaviour
Doctrble · 46-50, M
Make sure you communicate this to him.
If he doesn't change some to make you happy he never will
fancyboy · 61-69, M
