How would you react to someone who suddenly cuts you off permanently out of misunderstandings??

It was a surprise today that someone suddenly did that to me out of a misunderstanding.

'Misunderstanding' as in she saw me in a situation (this is pure friendship) and she was surprised and somehow made her own assumptions...and sent me a message that there's nothing to chat about anymore and wished me luck for the future endeavors.
It's obviously a goodbye message.

I did reply by saying that she could just ask for an explanation because 'misunderstandings' can ruin any relationship.
Most likely she won't read my reply (because I noticed she changed her privacy settings towards me).

Well, all in all...it seemed immature (unless the person truly understands the other person and the whole situation).

I did decide to give her some prayers though.
I mean, it's sort of like...like it or not, we don't really have everyone.

Maybe she was looking for a reason, to cover up. Maybe something less than honorable. Seems sudden and final.

I think it's their own personal issue if they choose to do something like that. Nothing personal, just their own insecurities. So if she doesn't want to apologise or ask for an explanation and have a grown up conversation, then I'd say move on.

I actually waited about a day, but it was a total silence.
Knowing her, it kinda seemed like something to be expected of her...but I probably wasn't calculative enough in being in that situation and the possibilities...the possibility of her walking past by.

I was focusing on what I had to do and nothing else at the time.

Some people shut down when they are hurt. Its a cowardly way to avoid any conflict.

Yeah, and since a part of me cared still...I'm just like, prayed that she doesn't do the same thing to another person.

Honor their wish to not talk to them with dignity in silence.

I just don't think about it. They can believe what they want.

Don't waste your time. Move on
