why is it so hard to find a boyfriend?

all the guys are either dating or they are not interested in me at all. one of my acquaintances was kidding when she said her sister has been looking for a boyfriend since first grade and now shes in third so it hasnt been that long. I cant even be friends with guys because they say they have girlfriends so they cant be friends with me, its so unfair. it is just so hard to find friends when your single.

I think it's important to love yourself without having a partner before you can step into a healthy, happy relationship. Learn to live in your own skin, be your own person, be your own strength. A boyfriend will not make you or your life better or happier. Be a strong, fierce INDIVIDUAL! I promise, when you begin to put yourself first over having a boyfriend, you will find yourself becoming more aware that having a partner is a choice, not a social norm or be all-end all for your happiness.

It’s not. Stop looking because the person that likes you is normally right next to you. That quiet/strange/gross guy in the back of your class probably adores you and would treat you like a queen, so if you can’t find a boyfriend where you’ve been looking, look elsewhere.

@Emosaur thats why i need practice friends, friends that i can practice flirting on so they give me feedback on how it sounds to others. the problem is this is a hard subject to discuss in real life.you loose most people. I have no problem doing it but i must come off as weird or not flirting when im doing it. I just also dont know of a right place to flirt,most places it would come off as out of the blue.I wish I could help.I have been really wanting ot go speed dateing, i like that idea. it puts oyu out there to many people and it makes it feel less discouraging, if one person does not lie you there are plenty more and if no one likes you just come back and possible you'll grow on someone they will grow to like you. are you in college or working? you can message me.
