Can you hold a grudge forever?? And what would be some reasons that you could do this?

We have a rule that we live by... Never go to bed angry at each other.

Yes and no. If I’m done then I’m done for life don’t ask me for anything and don’t come to me. With that said I don’t spend my whole day thinking about them and wishing bad things. I just don’t fuck with you

Never hold a grudge.... Grudge is like jealousy it eats in to a healthy oganism metaphorically like our hearts and minds...its rotten. I usually say there is two side to everything or there is a reason why someone behaviour is a certain way. for these reasons i dont hold a grudge, and for myself my life is too important to me to spend wasteful time and energy hating someone its not productive... I try to resolve it, but if it cant then so be it....once i forgive, i wipe the slate clean never to mention it again.

Grudges can be emotionally destroying, but what bugs me the most about some people is they feel no regret over the way they have treated or spoken to you. In this instance it's hard to let go of a grudge and be forgiving when they couldn't care less. It is disturbing I find for them to be this way.
