What are the other avenues for me to reach potential clients other than facebook?

Fb is alright but... most of my messages are left unread because I am not in their friends list and they would have configured their settings to only get messages from friends.

If you need it local forget online stuff. Unless you have a community website.
Libraries; town halls; places people congregate. Local paper. Maybe even some flyers and just post through doors.

@MartinTheFirst about the service I will provide them. It's only specific to my community... so yeah, need to find clusters of my community members. As of now, I only filtered people manually from different fb groups and stuff.
