What would u do if your bf calls u 'wuss' and 'bullie'?

I hate when people tell me to lighten up... Its invalidation and that in itself is borderline emotional abuse

I dont mind being called names depending on the context. But my ex used to call me names out of the blue... for no reason & that bugged me. For example if we were watching tv & the commercial break came on he wud get bored he'd turn to me & call me a fucking cunt bitch. I asked him to stop & I felt it was negative then he wud mock me for saying it was a negative thing.
