He is responding to a rapper from Cleveland named MGK.
He has a song called Rap Devil " where he disses Eminem.

@JarJarBoom He is a talented guy. But he is not quite on the lyrical level of Eminem. With that being said, I believe he won this rap beef. And its because of the content in which he attacks Eminem, and the details in his rhymes.

I'm going to play devil's advocate and say Rap Devil is better than Killshot, although both delivered strong punches.

Eminem still won that beef, but that's because of fan loyalty, not because of Killshot. MGK made the better song and had the better disses.
