Do you find it sad that a person is so unhappy they have to be shitty to others to feel better?

Yeah and I have no empathy for those people. They are toxic and negative. Just because they are going through some shit, doesn't mean they'd treat others in the same way. I recommend them to take professional help.

that sucks. but, it seems to be a common theme. we can only hope they get to feeling better, and thus, maybe in turn, they will treat others better.

Yes, but the thing is, the people I've known who have treated people like crap seem extremely happy. The person who comes to mind right now, who treated me horribly, and has treated many others badly too, seems to be having the time of his life right now. Is it all an act? It seems pretty real to me.
