Can anyone please explain this to me?

Okay, so some of you may remember me posting about a coworker of mine that won't stop talking about her wedding, and how I found that to be a little annoying. Well, today she was talking about how she was going to go dress shopping after work and said something like "after I get married, you guys are going to notice me dressing differently than I normally do. I'm going to be dressing more feminine, and my fiancé is going to be dressing more formally." I just said okay and moved on, but is this normal? She comes from a big family and I think that she may be religious, but it still seems like such a bizarre and arbitrary thing to do. Like, if anything, you'd think that you'd dress more casually around each other after your big day, but what the hell do I know?

Maybe she's just too excited for her big day. Either that or she's an asshole about it.

Of course she's excited who wouldn't be getting married for the first time..maybe she just meant she will tone down her wardrobe after she's married because some of the old ways considered you to be more respectable then and dress accordingly..
It means she will have him in a leash and bark at her commands "only." I reiterated on only because this is common.

Sounds like she really wants people to know where her life's going, so she's probably just looking for attention or compliments.
Have you ever been so excited about something wonderful that is happening to you and you speak about it all the time? Like a move. A change in job. A new baby. Are you jealous? Or just feeling like your life is less than hers? You could ignore her and your feelings. It is a choice. Or you could just be happy for her.
I do remember that. She is obsessed with all the plans and the "big" day. When reality sets in she won't be happy. She will keep looking for More. Poor man she will control his every move.
Omigosh hahahahaha wtf that reminds me of an old co-worker lmao i dont get why they have to do/say that but i think its due to lack of attention LOL
Usually they dress nicer before the wedding. Mayber her clothing allowance is getting bigger.
