Why do Women like to play so many games with Men ?

And vice versa. They always like to say hey I am an adult, and I don't play games. But they do. My assistant manager is a very flirtatious lady. She use to be a secretary and now she has been promoted. So then she started ignoring me because she knows I think that she is a hot sexy lady and believe me she is. After I started ignoring her, now she is acting all strange again. Every day she makes a silly comment. Like hey do your work mister. Or did you hear that. Then yesterday she tried to scare me after sneaking up behind me. I just looked at her like shes stupid. So what is she doing to me now.
