How can a person raise their testoserone fast?

Is it even possible without testosterone replacement therapy.
Pasunny · 26-30, F
Intermittent fasting can do that

You most likely don't need to raise your testosterone. In most men, the level is just fine. Even "Low T" crap commercials are largely devised for the sake of generating revenue.

That said, androgen and testosterone begin to naturally decline with age, starting around age 40-45. Declining levels in the human body, though, don't necessarily imply a need to artificially raise them. It's called aging. It happens.

But if you're determined, here are some suggestions thought to help:

Lose Weight
High-Intensity Exercise like Peak Fitness (Especially Combined with Intermittent Fasting)
Consume Plenty of Zinc
Strength Training
Optimize Your Vitamin D Levels
Reduce Stress
Limit or Eliminate Sugar from Your Diet
Eat Healthy Fats

Exercise will, a little. But ultimately I think HRT is it, yeah.

doctor can prescribe the gonadotropin drugs that make your body produce more testosterone. clomide citrate. and cyclofenial are a couple of examples.
