It depends on who you talk to (or date) I guess. I have a disability and I used to date someone for a short time when I had it.

Because most people don’t want to be inconvenienced. Two of my closest friends are physically disabled. It’s really a shame.

Socially people are shallow.

Evolution wise people seek out healthy breeding stock for future generations.
