What does it mean?

I haven't seen my bf for couple of days and tonight I went out with an old friend. I realised that I dressed and put make up like I never do when I go out with a bf. I had really great time but then he caught my hand and we walked like a couple. When he drove me home he kissed me in the cheek but partly in the lips too and his hand was on my belly while doing that. We chat now and it feels good.

So is it just that I miss my bf or I just want something new in my life?
