Do you believe in fate/destiny?

SW-User
Not a Destiny wrote in stone. But some things can't be evaded. Like external factors out of our control, or circumstances. We write our fates based on our decisions that are restricted with those circumstances.

Kinda.. I've given up on the random chaos stuff.. did my time in that strange maze of mirrors. But still struggle with specificity or particular life events being inevitable or prescripted. More on board with general themes that need to be worked through. But really.. I'm sure it's not really something a mortal mind of flesh and blood can grasp in it's entirety, regardless of what is really going on in terms of the arc and trajectory of one's life as understood from the perspective of our highest self (the target).

This is hard for me to answer. When I think of destiny/fate, I don't see it as a destination but an unchangeable pattern that unfolds in a lifetime.

I've seen reoccurring patterns in my own life with moments, symbols and people. I can't tell you what it means but it's WAAAAAYYYYYY too much of a coincidence to ignore.

Don't confuse this as not having complete control. You always have control over your reactions. :)

Sometimes, when I want something to blame, I believe it exists. Other times, I struggle against it because I'd rather believe that I'm in control....

... hah, in control...

Don't see the value in it. No reason to believe there's a prime mover with the information currently available to us.

I believe life happens; but I also believe our choices make a difference in how life happens.

Yes & I think everyone at times experience it ..
Yes I do. Fate is not in our hands; destiny is.
