What does it mean when a woman says "I've been thinking about you"?

I was working at my desk when a coworker came by and said, "Hey how are you doing?" after I told her I was having a decent day, she said "I've been thinking about you". and then walked away before I could respond.

What does this mean? We talk on occasion, but don't normally talk one on one... I think she knows I have a girlfriend too.

If you have a girlfriend, that you’re serious about, don’t investigate the answer to this question. (Cuz she’s “thinking” about you! Read thinking with raised eyebrows)

@Winenot Well I didn't know if it was a romantic or platonic thing, I don't have many friends, so someone who cares about me in that way would be nice. But I am not interested in another woman, I'm pretty serious about my relationship with my girlfriend.

@MrMolderburry Honestly, my instinct is that was a more than platonic comment. She was feeling you out. Seeing if you responded, waiting to see if you asked what she was thinking about you. But I’ve been wrong before.
When spoken, the eyes must show their expression... almost a deep longing... and the voice must be gentle. For me, these words have a deep meaning.... In French we say.... 'je pense à toi'.

@EugenieLaBorgia It wasn't gentle, but more friendly. We only had one non-work related chat on a break a few weeks ago, not about anything in particular though.

All I know is I would never say that to a guy at work unless I wanted inside his pants. Or even if I wanted inside his pants.

I’d not read to much into it.

@Spinner Maybe I shouldn't, I have a bad habit with reading into things.
