Should I just give up on girls?

For the past few months I've desperately been trying to get specifically a girlfriend even though I'm bi so technically also into guys.
Now since I've still had no luck with girls (some that I message on dating apps never reply and those that like my profile never message me) and have been approached by guys several times I've been thinking if I might be better off giving up on girls and trying to date only guys from now on...
