Why do women take long to respond on Ok Cupid?

If i chat with women on OkCupid it takes them forever to respond. I dont think and im not saying its their fault. I think it might be the website lags. Does anybody know why?

Because women rated 80% of men on OC as below average attractiveness, and you're prolly in the 80%, as well as not being interesting or attention-gripping enough.
