Should I be honest to someone about liking them?

🤔 hmm.. as for O.O oh you're not a guy... well.. just ask her her sexuality, but reveal nothing about how you feel. If she says she's into girls then you can ease into it. Since girls like to play the subtle game she'll get the clues. She's younger and probably will look past it. But probably not. It's a risk, but find out what her sexuality is first before you reveal anything. If she's not into girls, she's only 15/16, you guys are still growing. But if she's not than reveal nothing, because it might damage the friendship, but if you must say something then go for it, she might overlook it like i said.

is that a big thing for teens now a days? Why don't you start slow, get to know her as a "friend" and then see if you like what you find out about her. Ask her questions that make her comfortable with you, I'm sure you know what to do. But start slow. Be interested in her, than she'll start to trust you, that's if you have good listening skills

Tell her how you feel. See her reaction. You rather find out sooner than later if she likes girls or not. I would just ask her. You won't know unless you try. If she does not like you in that way then you can move on . if she likes you that way. That's great. If you are embarrassed to ask her face to face text or call her on the phone and tell her that way. I hope it all works out for you.
