What sort of age gap would you be comfortable with in a relationship? Or would it even be a factor for you?

I don't know. I'm getting older and it's confusing... I'm not really into older men. I'm not sure I could get with someone under 24 but you never know. I hope I don't turn out like my mum. She started seeing men a few years older than me 10 years ago but these days they are younger than me. At first and for awhile it disturbed me but I don't have the energy anymore.. They're all adults and I'm not a child. As long as she stays away from mine, though she's hooked up with some of their mates. *shivers*

I might cave in to the 15 year old who wants me. I'm 19.

Ask the question as to why he would not date in his own age group? He may have some life issues that he can cover up, cover over with a younger person. Not to say that you aren't not wise to notice how he conducts himself or her can act mature when he ain't. Maybe ladies his age are far more mature than he is.

The older I get, the more I see how important it is to me being a similar age. You go through the stages of life together and support each other. Plus your cultural references are similar! I am 52 and DH is 56.

well im kind of with someone who is a decade younger. i mean we arent technically together but some what connected.

The only thing for me, is that I hope to have kids one day. So my partner would have to be young enough for that.

Personally for me it would be 2 years if she's older than me and maybe three at the most if she's younger..

No more than 10 years younger, or 15 years older than I am, is what I think I'd be most comfortable with.

I was 27 she was 19 somedays it was no big deal other days it was lifetime of difference

I dated someone 11 years younger than me. It never was an issue.

I prefer younger than me, but I also want kids someday.
