In your opinion, what's the lowest and highest appropriate age for a first relationship?

Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
No upper age limit really as there are probably lots of people in the closet who never have a relationship with who they really want to have one with. Youngest is usually at puberty if the parents allow it. That's fifteen/sixteen. Puppylove can be at age six.

Well I'm 25 and have never had a first real relationship yet.

So I'm probably not the best to ask for these types of things.

Like a real one? A split? 14 and 16.

Not sure I get the question totally, though.

idk, my first relationship had a 4 year difference. My parents had a problem with it, but then my next one had a 26 year difference.

I don't hold an opinion on that topic, partly b'cuz I once dated a guy who was much younger than myself..

@WithClouds 'kay, I didn't get your intention at first... I really don't think there's an "inappropriate" age, as long as one is mentally ready for something like that.

@Emosaur I don't think there's a highest. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone to go out with you. Sixteen is the youngest I feel though, but that's just my opinion.
