What have men here done to get over deep and lasting depression after a long marriage ended in divorce ?

@GreensCornbreadYams I usually don't agree with the power of church/religion/faith, but in situations like this, it could help. So yeah, if ElPhonse into this spiritual thing, it could be a shelter for him.

@GreensCornbreadYams The pzzy can be found but I cant replace everything I lost when my exwife left. I'm in very good shape and don't look like 56 yrs old but I am and it's not my first breakup but there's a difference in this happening when I was in my 20s or even early 30s, and now, after 21 years of marriage to a wonderful woman. Much harder to shake off now and just "jump" back into the "water".

@SW-User thanks sleepwalk but I'm even rebelling against God by not accepting His will. I just cant get this woman out of my heart. I guess if another woman does'nt "swoop in" and totally re-open my heart Im done with love. Ive become skeptical about love. I if my exwife could do what she did, I can't believe in love anymore.
