Is it likely to last?

What are the odds of a relationship lasting if the couple ha a 20 year age diffrence 23 and 43?

I think it depends entirely on the compatibility of the two people involved. Statistics are useless in trying to calculate the odds of success or failure, because everyone is unique, and therefore, so is every relationship.

Personally I find that success or failure of relationships is far more incumbent on connection, personality, trust, passion, and respect than the figurative milestone of age.

Look more to one another than your differing birth years for your answer.

I'd say little (especially given the overall failure rate of relationships). But even if it did last, doesn't mean it is necessarily healthy

Most will disagree, however it's Societal Social pressure. Just not geared for it.

However look at history.
not much chance though it depends of their characters , what the attraction is etc

Depends on lots of variables. They’re generally at two different stages in life. But it’s not impossible.
