I Hate Myself

I am a truck driver, I hate truck drivers, I hate myself! I make myself angry, I find myself depressing, I frustrate myself. I hate looking in a mirror because I am fat, old and ugly. I go from wanting to hit something to wanting to curl up in a ball and cry. Every night when I go to bed I wish that I will never wake up and when I do wake up I am disappointed. I am ready to give up now.

You don't need a gym membership. Do some exercises every day. Run 10 laps around your truck. Do some push ups and sit ups. Get a haircut and groom yourself. Everyone feels better when they freshen themselves up.

Doctor specifically told me not to do sit ups or running, I walk when I have time. The grooming...well that don't really fix anything. @AnarchoMetalchic

Instead of killing yourself... Quit your job and get a gym membership. I wanted to kill myself once, but I decided that it's better to attempt letting go of everything that wants me to kill myself, before doing it. I managed to let all of those things go. You can as well. If you're not proud of who you are, then just change. You dont have to be who you are today.

If I quit my job I can't afford a gym membership, if I keep my job I don't have time for a gym membership and a gym membership can't fix ugly, I was ugly when I weighed 120 lbs. as a teenager. @MartinTheFirst

@istillhaveanameitsrick count your money and see how much you have to go on. Count your expenses, see how long you will survive on it, including gym membership. If you cant afford the gym, go out and jog. If you cant afford living, get a job that doesnt make you hate yourself. Life isnt about being sexy, life is about finding happiness and peace, screw the appearence.

Honestly this is the only job I am smart enough to do, I have enough money in the bank to survive about a week without my job.@MartinTheFirst
