@SW-User try and be compassionate with yourself. Do something soothing..even something like a hot beverage. Try to drop resistance to what you feel and let it ride out. If you like affirmations you can use those. If you like to watch something funny that is good too. Sometimes just letting the feelings be and assuring yourself you are safe is good.

@SW-User I've done all those things too ...I have days where I do feel good like had a breakthrough of sorts ..then something triggers another wave of intense emotional pain that takes my breath away and just throws me for a loop
