@YukikoAmagi Nuu it's popular here in the north cause it's also a traditional way of cooking meat and fish, also vegetables. Many old houses on the mountains have a stone-grill-bbq in their garden, and my friend has it too.
We don't call it bbq anyway, it's a "grigliata" a grill, a "pioda".

@YukikoAmagi We do thousand of stuff with food, literally every few kilometers you can find different typical recipes. For example, pasta and pizza are completely common in my area, but it's not one of the typical food of here. ;-)
