Why do question sites have a Facebook category if nobody answers ? [I Love Internet]

Nobody answers about my Facebook problem it's making me mad nobody here or on Yahoo Answers. What's the point of having a Facebook or internet category if nobody answers ?

There's loads 0f categories, unfortunately it doesn't guarantee an answer just because we ask a question..

I recall seeing a post about facebook.. I thought hmm and that's as far as it got because I got distracted by something else..
