Is Viasat internet down ? [I Love Internet]

We been without internet for nearly a week it went out again last Wednesday around 2 as usual. For some reason every week 2 is the time for it to shut off. It did this a couple weeks ago too. It went out on a Tuesday last time still around 2. It went out Wednesday its still not back on. What is going on ? Is Viasat shut down or something ?
