Have you ever met someone who has the same nickname as you and did you become friends?

My name is incredibly common and I've known others with the same name and nickname, but I don't think I've ever been friends with any of them.

There was this guy in highschool whos name was the same as my nickname but we would always argue from year 7 to 9. After that, i barely noticed he was there so to answer your question... no. No we did not.

My High School nick name was walrus.

So probably not.
