What would YOU do if you found a flash drive laying around?
Did I do the right thing by plugging it into the computer to see who owns it and returning it back to them?

Eh, plugging in random flash drives is kind of risky. Maybe just advertise it as found and have the person claiming it's theirs describe it to you?
