How do I talk my 10 year old daughter out of super short pixie haircuts?

She doesn't have the type of facial structure for it. It also costs more because it has to be cut more frequently in order to maintain the short style.

It's that 'hindsight' thing, isn't it? I think it's a little bit of a 'rite of passage' to make these fashion accidents. I had 'pigtail' issues where I thought that I looked shit hot, I kid you not.....but...looking at those pics now? *Shakes head in embarrassment*

So....in a nutshell; let her look like an idiot, 'cos in her mind she thinks she's cool....and then, a few years later, you can tell her 'I told you so'...

She'll be fine....it's all about her self confidence...

☺️

I think let her do it , otherwise you can speak to stylist before getting haircut .

There are apps when you get to try on different hairstyles. You can use that and get her to see what else are suitable for her faceshape.

@Casheyane do you have a name for a good app that does that?
Casheyane · F
@morrgin I'm not really a fan of them but I did try them before haha. Sorry I forgot the name. You can just google. Fashion hairstyle app or the likes.
