Would i be able to put this tv tripod on cinder blocks to make it higher ?

I wouldn’t risk doing that.

Put a cinder block under each leg and put a piece of plywood on it, then cover it with fabric

a couple hundred pounds should be nothing to a cinderblock, so long as it's lowered slowly. but I think it'd look pretty awful as furniture.

Go buy three shovel handles
