How much do you tip a restaurant server if you had good service?

I don't tip unless is good service. I'm not going to give you extra money to do your job. Check your state and see what they actually make. A lot of states the restaurant is required to make up the difference if the don't make minimum wage per hour off tips

Usually 20%. Good service is just being attentive without seeming like you are only doing it for the tip. Gotta be smooth to pull it off
