How do you cope with somebody who talks too much?

Being a mom I can totally block people out unless I hear a blood curdling scream. I’m a natural at it.

scarfface have a college at work like and she is loud she is a nice person really so I just make joking sarcasms nothing that wold offend her as that is far from my intention

I really can't pretend to be polite anymore, I will show my boredom somehow
